We take great pride in creating each resin and candle product with care and attention to detail. As all our items are handmade and custom-crafted, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are handmade, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or minor variations - as these are part of the unique charm of handmade art.

However, we do accept returns or exchanges only if:

• The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• You contact us within 3 days of delivery with proper proof.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at

within 3 days of delivery along with:

• A clear unboxing video showing the issue
• Order ID and date of purchase

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit (as applicable).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom or personalized resin art pieces
• Used candles or resin décor items
• Sale or discounted products

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund (if applicable) will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, as work begins on your handmade order, cancellations will not be accepted.
